Refer a Colleague or Peer
Talented people know other talented people. If you know someone who might qualify for one of our openings, refer them to
us.
If the certain conditions are met, SourceAbility will pay
between a $500 and $1500 referral fee, depending on the salary
range.
- For positions paying under $50K, the fee is $500.00
- For positions paying $50K - $100K, the fee is $1000.00
- For positions paying over $100K, the fee is $1500.00
The following conditions must be met to qualify for a
referral fee:
1. You must be registered with SourceAbility to receive
a referral fee (to register, please
click here)
2. The referred candidate may not already be registered
with SourceAbility
3. The referred candidate must be suggested for a
specific position open at the time of registration
4. The candidate must be successfully placed in the
position for which you have referred them
5. The candidate meets the guarantee period required by
our client
Rights Reserved
SourceAbility reserves the right to withhold payment
until the referred candidate successfully completes the
guarantee period, normally 90 days.
