SourceAbility's President Participates in Luncheon with the Governor.

Charlotte, NC Tanya Calkins, president and founder of SourceAbility (, participated in a luncheon hosted by North Carolina's Governor Beverly Perdue at the governor's mansion on August 24th. The lunch was an exclusive event for Gov. Purdue to meet with women who lead 50 of North Carolina's multimillion-dollar businesses.

The event, underwritten by Wachovia/Wells Fargo, was a tremendous opportunity for the select members of the WPO to gain insight from direct interaction with the governor and to express - in a one-on-one atmosphere - their concerns and ideas regarding their privately-held busineses.

The NC Women Presidents' Organization (WPO) is comprised of 50 members across the state, whose chapters in Charlotte, the Triangle and Triad enable privately-held businesses to network, brainstorm and band together to support one another.
